This is an hour-long workshop, suitable for our younger chocolate fans!
Ideal from aged five to nine.

What we do:

We will start by honing our piping skills and decorating treats with chocolate.

Each participant will then design and create their own chocolate lollipop! If they can imagine it, then they can make it in chocolate and adorn with lots of sprinkles!

The children will then move on to decorating their bags to take their creations home in, followed by a drink and cookie and some chocolate tasting, before packaging up their goodies to take home and enjoy.

The parties are held in the Summerhouse of 16 Hampden Road, Hitchin, Herts, SG4 0LD – so all the mess stays here!

We use quality chocolate and ingredients.

Mini children’s workshops and parties are ideal for six children (you can add extras).  The mini parties are suitable from aged five and above. Once they reach 10, then our standard parties are ideal.

The parties approx one hour and can be booked Monday – Sunday at a time to suit (diary permitting). Weekend bookings are the most popular, so please book early to avoid disappointment.  

The cost is fixed minimum of £150 for a party of up to six participants, additional children cost £20 per person (max 10). A deposit of £50 will be requested on confirmation of an event and acts to secure your booking, with the balance becoming due a few days before the workshop/party.  Deposits are non-refundable unless in the unlikely event that The Melting Pot is unable to deliver your workshop/party.

Once you have confirmed your event, we will forward full joining instructions on how to pay your deposit, directions and other relevant information.

The parties may not suitable for children suffering from a nut or dairy allergy, please check before booking.
